These Terms of Service ("TOS") govern your use of the VaultNet service, a digital storage solution provided by Winistörfer Webdesign ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), accessible through various platforms and devices. By creating an account or using VaultNet, you agree to be bound by these TOS and our Privacy Policy.

2. Account Eligibility and Access

VaultNet accounts can be created by individuals or entities ("Users"). Account creation and access are managed through Clerk, an authentication provider offering various account creation options. Users must ensure the accuracy and security of their login credentials.

3. Data Storage and Security

VaultNet entrusts the storage of all files to a third-party provider, ensuring that the actual files are always stored within the borders of Switzerland. VaultNet is committed to upholding high standards of security for your data, yet we advise that the transmission and storage of data inherently carry risks, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

4. Content Policy

Users are prohibited from storing illegal or prohibited content on VaultNet. An AI scanner is employed to filter such content, but VaultNet is not responsible for content uploaded by users. Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination.

5. Service Availability

VaultNet aims to provide a data durability of 99.999999999% and an availability of 99.99% annually. However, these figures are targets rather than guarantees, and actual availability may vary.

6. Payment and Subscriptions

VaultNet offers monthly subscription tiers, with automatic renewals each month. Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time without a notice period.

7. User Conduct

Users are expected to use VaultNet responsibly and not engage in activities that could harm the service or other users. Misuse may lead to account suspension or termination.

8. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts involved in illegal activities or service misuse without prior notice.

9. Liability and Disclaimers

VaultNet disclaims all liabilities to the extent permitted by law for any data loss or service interruptions. Users use the service at their own risk.

10. Dispute Resoultion

Any disputes arising under these TOS shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland, with the competent court located in the Canton of Solothurn.

11. Amendments to the TOS

VaultNet reserves the right to amend these TOS at any time. Updates will be made available on our website. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
